Overcoming addictions
- Recognize that there is a problem. Become aware of your addiction. Accept the fact that you are an addict without condemning yourself.
- Learn more by reading about addictions and addicts. Work on your feelings of shame or guilt using any releasing technique like: EFT, hypnosis downloads : dealing with guilt and anger management, etc. Take an Anger Class Online. - Forgive yourself. This is the first step in curing an addiction. Let go of self-blame and learn how to forgive yourself.
- Live in the present moment and find supportive people. Let go of harmful persons from your past.
