Tips for managing emotions
- Be open to your emotions : deal with them when they occur.
- Feeling the pain : when you allow yourself to feel the pain, you release them.
- Avoid denial: trying to rationalize your feelings won't help to release them.
- Don't be afraid to acknowledge your feelings : let’s say you are feeling anger . Acknowledge that, do not try to hide it because you think is wrong and people will think you are a bad person. The truth is that you are feeling anger, so why are you trying to lie ? The best way to transform it is to acknowledging it.
