Shadow in Relationships Yesterday I watched the Shadow Effect movie by Debbie Ford. It is a profound movie which seeks to answer the question " What is the shadow?". According to the late Dr. Carl Jung, the Shadow describes the unconscious, darker, and repressed aspects of our personalities that we tend to deny.
