Self esteem and positive attitude

A positive attitude does not mean being superficial. Your attitude will determine the way you cope with every day situations and experiences. To have a positive attitude is a sign of a healthy self esteem.
When you are interacting in negative environments it is hard to maintain your self esteem. The tendency is that the environment will destroy you and your self esteem will suffer. There are many tips that can help with this issues.
I would like to give you some tips to help you to maintain a positive attitude.

Since you cannot control people behaviors or change them, try to be away from them as much as you can. Try not to isolate from people who have a negative attitude instead manage your time with people with positive attitude.
Instead of spending a lot of time with negative people , gossipers and whiners, spend 10 minutes with them. Don't get hook in their negative thoughts and just listen to what they are saying.Then, look for people that are positive and spend with them more time. Their company will make you increase your self esteem. Listen to what they are saying, be patient and learn from their experience. - Always maintain a positive attitude toward a negative people and work environment: Try to do the best you can in every situation, don't overdue by not taking breaks and not taking care of yourself and then blame others because they won't help you. Instead of competing with others, try to be creative, find a way to be better than you were before. But always remember to listen to your own intuition and to take care of yourself. Skipping lunch, doing more you can do and skip breaks is negative for you. Its about being positive toward your own circumstances and experiences and this is the way you can balance your life.
- Learn to move beyond your past failures: Let go of the past, you can't anything about your past. There is nothing you can do about your past situations. Instead, if you made a mistake just learn the lesson, improve and move on.
Apply one or more of this tips to your daily life. Living this way will help you to improve your self esteem. The more you overcome life challenges the more you believe in yourself and change your view. It is hard to maintain a healthy self esteem when others around you are pulling you down.
