I am a jealous person to an extreme and it has ruined all of my relationships and i know it but i just cant stop. I dont know what to do anymore. Help!. Ramona .

Hi Ramona,

I would suggest for you to work inside yourself to find out why you can't stop being jelous even though you know that you are ruin your relationships. If you need professional help , go for it.

If you have this problem in your relationships there are certain things that you simply must do. Jealousy comes from insecurity within the relationship. Usually this fear , insecurity, comes from past experiences , may be you witnessed this fear in family members, friends, parents or even yourself. To heal your jealousy think about the following:

• If I keep feeling this way in all my relatinships, this might mean that I lack intimacy.
