The best way to love yourself is to take good care of you, here are some ideas:
- Nourish , love and take care for your body. Eat healthy foods and exercise regularly.Get a massage, have fun, dance, sing. Read more about how to take care of your body and practice nurturing and love.

- Use positive affirmations to remind you that you are worth of love. Let go of negative emotional baggage ,grow, change and create a happier and better life.
