If you want to improve your esteem you need to help yourself. Self help means that you can improve without direct assistance from others. You can take your own decision and choose, self-help is about this. In order to improve you have to be persistent in your efforts and you can do that by making small changes. Building self-esteem will help you do that, but maintaining a high esteem level requires that you find the right tools to learn and make them a habit.

Some Resources

In order to improve you are going to need information and guidance. To accept, forgive and love yourself is the first step. The worst thing you can do is to jump from one idea to another without persistence. As I mentioned before choose a technique you like and at least try it for three months. If you need motivation you can download .

Do not waist your time wondering, just decide. If you are reading a book for example, make sure you read it at least twice, do not rush. Then practice the exercise and suggestions.
