- Destructive humor
- Constructive humor
Destructive humor lowers self esteem, belittles others, excludes others. Creates tension, stimulates laughter at someone, perpetuates a stereotype. Creates barriers, creates defensiveness, closes off creative thought, and focuses on negatives.
Constructive humor helps building self esteem, is supportive, includes people. Reduces tension, stimulates laughter with others, confronts stereotypic ideas. Breaks down barriers, relaxes, stimulates new ideas, and creates energy and a positive atmosphere.
It is really important to improve your self esteem with humor . If you want to have a good esteem, let's remember to use constructive humor. It will help you for building self esteem and to live a healthy life . And other people will also raise their self esteem and live more happy.
