While situational self esteem usually defines what we do and is dependent on roles, happenings and circumstances in our lives. Situational self esteem depends on how we feel about our current situation or place. We may show high self esteem at one moment but low self-esteem in the next.

You are not concerned with what others think of you and you are motivated to act and take risks in life. Self confidence will give you peace, less stress and better quality of sleep.
